A new triple action brush bar cleans right to the edge and is the first to combine three ways to deep clean across all floor types and all around your home. Black anti-static carbo fibre filaments remove fine dust from hard floors. Stiff-nylon bristles dig deep into carpets to remove ground in debris. Soft woven nylon captures large debris on hard floors. And with a large bin and extra wide brush bar, the Dyson 360 Vis NavTMcan clean for longer and pick up more with each pass.

In Auto mode, a piezo sensor inside the Dyson 360 Vis NavTMmonitors dust levels over 15,000 times a second to detect microscopic particles that are invisible to the eye, automatically increasing suction power when higher dust volumes are identified.4

Choose where to use each power mode from room-to-room with the MyDysonTMapp or select on the LCD touchscreen. Auto mode analyses dust levels, automatically increases suction power when more dust is identified4. Quiet modes reduces noise for peaceful areas and longer run time. Quick mode optimises speed to stay on top of everyday cleans. Boost mode generates maximum suction to clean ground-in dirt and pet hair.

Automatically cleans edges and corners

A pioneering D-shaped makes cleaning into corners easier and more effective, unlike circular robots. The triple-action brush bar is also positioned at the front of the robot, rather than in the middle, so it is easier to navigate into corners. And unlike side sweepers that flick dirt away, the Dyson 360 Vis NavTMhas a new extending side duct which redirects suction, powerful enough to capture dust and debris right up to the wall.

A low profile allows the robot to clean all the way under low furniture to regularly clean the dirtiest places you can’t reach, while an LED light ring helps it navigate in low light and corners. Advanced dual-link suspension maintains traction, allowing the robot to climb steps up to 21mm so it gets where it needs to clean. And a balanced centre of gravity allows for mobility and traction.

360°navigation with intelligent dust prediction

Using it’s 360° navigation system, the Dyson 360 Vis NavTMsystematically analyses its surroundings building a map of every room and floor of your home, seeing where it needs to clean and remembering where it’s been. And with 26 external sensors, which take measurements 20 times every second, the Dyson 360 Vis NavTMavoids obstacles, climbs rugs, and reaches under low furniture. All by itself.

Plus, the Dyson 360 Vis NavTMlearns as it cleans, intelligently analysing and identifying dust hot spots around your home. As a result, for future cleans the robot will use intelligent dust prediction, remembering and prioritising high dust areas so they are tackled first

Smart home and WIFI connected

The Dyson 360 Vis NavTMworks in tandem with the MyDysonTMapp, allowing it to analyse, map and create zones for every room and floor of your home. You can then choose how and when your robot cleans them. Connecting to the MyDysonTMapp also unlocks all the robot’s intelligent features: customising cleans remotely wherever you are, smart scheduling, setting rules and routines, choosing cleaning modes for each room, setting areas or rooms to avoid, receiving clean time estimates, viewing deep clean reports and dust estimates and receiving maintenance and support alerts.

The Dyson 360 Vis NavTMis also compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can control the machine with simple voice commands like “Clean the bedroom in Quiet mode”.​ And by being connected to the internet, the Dyson 360 Vis NavTMkeeps improving, receiving automatic software updates so it is equipped with the latest functionality and features.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment

Exchanges
