Large Appliance Delivery

  • Delivery typically within 3–7 working days
  • Click & Collect is also available for Large Appliances
  • Delivery times can be extended due to external couriers planning and routes
  • Old appliance recycling available (WEEE compliant). We ask that your old appliance is uninstalled and ready to go

Returns & warranty

At Irwin Expert Letterkenny, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item subject to the terms below. 

Returns 

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return: 

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it  
  • It must be in the original packaging  
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

  • Please contact us as soon as possible  
  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

  • Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
  • Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
  • Special order or customised products  

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

  • Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
