The Quooker Classic Nordic Square is a dedicated single tap that provides instant 100°C boiling water alongside your existing kitchen mixer tap. This height-adjustable tap features a 360° rotatable square spout, allowing you to position the water flow precisely where needed, whether filling a tall pasta pot or a small cup. The classic design combines traditional aesthetic elements with modern boiling water technology, making it a functional addition to kitchens that require a separate boiling water source.

Safety is integrated into the operation through a double push-and-turn handle mechanism, preventing accidental activation by children. The boiling water is dispensed in a fine, aerated spray rather than a solid stream, which significantly reduces the risk of splashes and scalds. The system utilizes a vacuum-insulated tank to maintain water at 108°C under pressure, ensuring that water is delivered at a true boiling point the moment it leaves the spout while remaining energy-efficient during standby mode.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return:

• It must be in the original packaging  
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
