The Quooker COMBI tank provides a dual-purpose solution for kitchen water needs, delivering instant 100°C boiling water alongside regulated hot water. Unlike standard boiling water tanks, this unit connects solely to the cold water supply and uses a mixing valve to blend boiling water with cold water. This process generates 15 litres of water at 60°C or up to 27 litres at 40°C, eliminating the need for a separate hot water pipe from a central boiler.

The tank utilizes high-vacuum insulation to maintain water temperature, resulting in a standby power consumption of 10W. It features a thermostatically controlled valve to ensure constant water temperature during use. The compact cylindrical design is intended for under-sink installation and includes an integrated activated carbon filter to maintain water quality. This system is compatible with various Quooker tap models to provide boiling, hot, and cold water from a single point.

Returns 

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return:

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
