The Quooker Flex Round functions as an all-in-one kitchen tap, providing instant 100°C boiling water alongside standard hot and cold supplies. It is distinguished by a flexible pull-out hose that extends the reach of the spout for rinsing large pots or cleaning the corners of the sink. For safety, the tap includes a boiling water stop mechanism that prevents the delivery of boiling water whenever the hose is pulled out, ensuring only cold or warm water is dispensed during extended use.

The system operates using a PRO3 tank, which stores and maintains 3 litres of water at boiling point under pressure. This vacuum-insulated tank requires 1600W of power to heat water to 100°C, providing an immediate supply without the wait time of a kettle. The tap is operated via a textured double push-and-turn handle for boiling water, while a separate lever controls the standard mixer functions. The round spout design can rotate up to 270°, offering flexibility for single or double sink configurations.

Returns 

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return: 

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it  
• It must be in the original packaging  
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
