The Quooker Fusion Round functions as a single fixture that provides instant 100°C boiling water alongside standard hot and cold flows. The system utilizes a vacuum-insulated tank positioned beneath the worktop, which maintains water at boiling temperature using minimal energy. This setup eliminates the need for a separate kettle, freeing up counter space and reducing water waste by dispensing only the exact amount required for cooking or beverages.

Safety is integrated into the design through a dedicated double-push-and-turn textured handle for boiling water, which is distinct from the standard mixer lever. The spout is dual-insulated to ensure it remains cool to the touch even while boiling water is being dispensed. Additionally, the water is delivered in a fine, aerated spray rather than a solid jet to prevent accidental splashing or scalding. The round spout can rotate 360 degrees, allowing for full access to the sink area during use.

Returns 

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return: 

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it  
• It must be in the original packaging  
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
