The Quooker Nordic Round is a standalone boiling water tap designed to be installed alongside an existing kitchen mixer tap. It provides immediate access to 100°C boiling water, eliminating the wait for a kettle to boil. This tap is dedicated solely to boiling water delivery, allowing you to maintain your current sink setup while adding the functionality of instant hot water for tea, coffee, blanching vegetables, or cleaning tasks.

Safety is integrated into the design through a double-push-and-turn textured handle, which prevents accidental activation by children. The spout is height-adjustable, allowing you to lower it when filling small cups to prevent splashing or raise it for larger pots. It also features a 360° swivel range for full accessibility across the sink area. When paired with a Quooker vacuum-insulated tank, the system maintains water at temperature efficiently, using minimal energy to keep water ready for use at any moment.

Returns 

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return: 

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it  
• It must be in the original packaging  
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
