The Quooker Nordic Square is a standalone boiling-water tap designed to be installed alongside an existing kitchen mixer tap. It provides immediate access to 100°C boiling water, eliminating the wait time associated with kettles. The tap features a straight, square spout that can be rotated 360 degrees, allowing for flexible positioning over the sink. A key functional feature is the height-adjustable spout, which can be raised or lowered to safely fill tall pasta pots or small cups without splashing.

Safety is integrated through a double push-and-turn textured handle, which prevents accidental activation by children. The water is delivered in a fine, aerated spray rather than a solid stream to reduce the risk of scalds. When paired with a Quooker tank, the system operates with high energy efficiency, maintaining water at temperature in a vacuum-insulated vessel with a standby power consumption of just 10 watts. This single tap can also be expanded to provide chilled and sparkling water when connected to a Quooker CUBE accessory.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
