The Shark SteamSpot with Steam Blaster Technology is a lightweight steam mop for sealed hard floors, including wood, laminate, tile and stone. It cleans and sanitises using water alone, removing 99.9% of household bacteria* without the need for chemicals, and heats up in just 25 seconds so it's ready to use almost immediately.

Three cleaning modes, Low, Medium and High, let you match steam output to the job, from light daily clean-ups to stubborn, stuck-on dirt. The Steam Blaster function delivers an extra, targeted burst of steam at the pull of a trigger, giving added power exactly where a mess needs it most. The removable 0.5 litre water tank makes refilling straightforward, while the 5.5m cord allows the mop to move freely from room to room without constant re-plugging.

The mop comes with two machine-washable Dirt Grip pads, which lift and trap dirt and are reusable time and again, cutting down on disposable floor wipes. *Sanitisation claims are based on controlled test conditions; household results may vary.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
