It also includes a Vertical Zone that lets you secure your pans vertically to free up space in the lower basket. The sliding Cutlery basket can be repositioned in the lower basket to allow for bigger pots or be lifted out to the sink. The Half Load function efficiently cleans your dishes by using less water than a full load. Complete with a Stainless Steel Tub for better hygiene, the Hotpoint Aquarius HFC 2B19 X UK N Dishwasher includes a Delay Timer, runs with a Silent motor and comes with an F energy rating.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
