The Dimplex 980536 features a 20-litre capacity and a contemporary black finish. Measuring 260mm x 450mm x 330mm, this freestanding unit fits into compact kitchen spaces while providing 800W of cooking power.

This model includes a Charcoal Lighting Heater and lightwave Convection technology to maintain natural flavours during the cooking process. It offers 5 power levels and a stainless steel interior for heat retention and cleaning. The 20-litre capacity accommodates standard dinner plates and bowls.

The Diet Fry feature allows for food preparation with reduced oil usage. For automated cooking, the Auto Cook and AutoPilot functions allow you to select from pre-set operating modes based on the weight of the food to determine the necessary power and time settings.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product:
