The Dimplex Vivente 75 is a versatile landscape electric fire featuring Revillusion flame technology that doubles the visual depth of the firebox. It offers four viewing configurations—single-sided, two-sided (left or right), or three-sided—and includes both ceramic logs and clear crystals for the fuel bed. The unit is equipped with energy-efficient ComfortSaver heating technology and SmartSense motion sensing to automatically manage operation based on room activity.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
