Vortex Wash introduces the industry's first contact-free wiping pad washing, allowing you to skip hand-washing and avoid touching dirty pads. In just 1 minute, sixteen high-pressure nozzles in the robot window cleaner fire 20 kPa jet sprays to break down stains, then four scrubbing discs spin at 200 RPM and scrub each fibre up to 900 times per minute. A precision scraper removes dirty water, controlling moisture for streak-free window wiping.

TruEdge Technology powers precise edge control and a smart lift for edge-to-edge cleaning without cross-contamination. As WINBOT window cleaning robot approaches window edges, the TruEdge scrubber automatically lowers to deep-scrape heavy dirt in a single swipe, using a six-wing design with durable rubber strips to clean up to 1.1 mm from the edges. The scrubber then retracts automatically to prevent recontamination.

With WIN-SLAM 5.0 and multi-sensor smart detection, WINBOT window cleaning robot intelligently plans cleaning paths and reacts in real time to window frames, seams, and obstacles. Its enhanced mobility of up to 16 cm/s and dynamic obstacle avoidance with 1 mm precision also allow it to adapt to multiple scenarios, with eight cleaning modes available in the app.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product:
