The Quooker Nordic Square Twintaps consist of a matching set featuring a dedicated mixer tap for hot and cold water alongside a separate boiling water tap. This configuration allows for a uniform aesthetic across the sink while providing instant 100°C boiling water. The boiling water tap is equipped with a height-adjustable square spout, allowing it to be positioned specifically for the vessel being filled, and can rotate 360° for full sink access.

Safety is integrated into the design through a double push-and-turn handle that prevents accidental activation by children. The water is delivered in a fine, aerated spray rather than a solid stream to minimize the risk of splashes or burns. Additionally, the double-walled insulation of the spout ensures that the metal surface remains safe to touch even during continuous use. When paired with a Quooker vacuum-insulated tank, the system maintains water at temperature efficiently, and can be further expanded with a CUBE attachment to provide filtered chilled and sparkling water from the same setup.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return:

• It must be in the original packaging  
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
