The Dyson V8 Cyclone cordless vacuum cleaner delivers 150 Air Watts of fade-free suction, driven by 15 radial cyclones and an updated digital motor. It features a fully sealed, whole-machine filtration system that captures 99.99% of microscopic particles and allergens as small as 0.3 microns. The advanced seven-cell lithium-ion battery provides up to 60 minutes of continuous run time on a single charge.

Equipped with the Motorbar cleaner head, the vacuum incorporates polycarbonate hair removal vanes designed to lift and spiral pet hair directly into the bin. The machine includes a hygienic point-and-shoot mechanism to eject trapped dirt and debris in a single action without physical contact. Three adjustable power modes allow users to switch between Eco, Medium, and MAX settings depending on the cleaning requirement.

To be eligible for a return:

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
