Equipped with MopMaster 3.0 technology, the device extends its mop pad outward to reach along skirting boards and into recessed corners, guided by a side-mounted laser that identifies over 100 baseboard profiles. Advanced iPath 2.0 laser navigation uses precise LiDAR mapping to plan efficient cleaning routes while identifying over 100 household obstacles in daylight or darkness. Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability.
