The Havit 20,000mAh PowerBank in black houses a 20000mAh capacity capable of multiple smartphone recharges on a single charge. The unit includes three output ports consisting of a USB-C connection supporting 20W Power Delivery and dual USB-A ports supporting up to 22.5W fast charging. Both Micro-USB and USB-C input ports support 18W power replenishment. Built-in triple protection mechanisms safeguard against over-voltage, over-current, and short-circuits during operation.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
