The LG InstaView American style fridge freezer features a black finish and a total capacity of 628 litres. InstaView technology allows users to knock twice on the glass panel to illuminate the interior compartment without opening the door, reducing cold air loss. LINEARCooling and DoorCooling+ systems maintain consistent internal temperatures to help preserve food freshness, supported by the Smart Inverter Compressor.

Integrated ThinQ Wi-Fi functionality enables remote monitoring and control via smartphone, including the Smart Learner feature that adapts cooling patterns to usage habits. The appliance also incorporates a Fresh Converter compartment for customised food storage temperatures alongside a water and ice dispenser.

Returns 

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return: 

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it  
• It must be in the original packaging  
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
