The Ninja Luxe Café Pro Espresso Machine in Black on Black brings a matte black finish to the kitchen counter, paired with a Pro 3-in-1 design that covers espresso, filter coffee and cold brew from a single machine. A built-in conical burr grinder with 25 grind settings and an integrated scale allow for weight-based dosing, while the integrated tamper helps prepare an even puck ahead of each shot. With 25 total drink settings, including 9 espresso styles, 4 coffee styles, 7 drink sizes and 5 froth presets, the machine is built to handle a wide variety of coffee styles from one unit.

Barista Assist Technology offers grind size guidance alongside auto preset settings and recommendations, supporting a more guided brewing process. The Advanced Dual Froth System uses an easy-clean steam wand that steams and whisks milk simultaneously, offering five froth presets: Steamed Milk, Thin Froth, Thick Froth, Extra-Thick Froth and Cold Froth, delivered via the included XL Milk Jug with integrated whisk. The machine comes complete with a built-in grinder, cleaning brush, a starter kit (portafilter, single basket, double basket, Luxe basket, funnel and integrated tamper), a cleaning kit with cleaning and descaling tablets, a water hardness test kit and a recipe guide.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product:
