Our pellets are made of 100% premium hardwood with concentrated flavours – they are only used for flavour, not fuel, so a little goes a long way. Small but mighty, the pellet size and shape provides optimal air flow and consistent smoky flavours. Designed with high density and low moisture – the perfect combo to create flavour-enhancing smoke.

Your Outdoor Oven includes a starter pack of each signature blend – the?Robust Blend?gives rich, classic BBQ flavours that are perfect for beef, pork and chicken, while the?All-Purpose Blend?is balanced, sweet and delicious with fish and vegetables. A perfectly-sized scoop is also included.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability.
