This dual-zone wine cooler accommodates up to 46 standard 750ml bottles across two independently managed compartments. The upper and lower zones each support temperatures from 5°C to 22°C, allowing white and red wines to be kept at their respective serving or storage temperatures simultaneously. Compressor fan cooling circulates air evenly throughout the 135-litre interior, preventing temperature fluctuations and maintaining stable conditions across all internal racks.

Temperature adjustments and operational settings are managed using the front-mounted touchpad electronic controls. The appliance functions at a quiet 42 dB(A) noise level and features a black finish designed for either freestanding placement or built-in kitchen integration. Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
