Finished in white, the Philips Series 2000 Steam Generator Iron delivers fast and efficient crease removal across all fabrics. Operating at 2400 W with a maximum 6 bar pump pressure, it generates up to 110 g/min of continuous steam alongside a 300 g steam boost to tackle stubborn wrinkles effortlessly. Vertical steaming functionality is also included for garments and hanging fabrics.

Designed with a scratch-resistant, non-stick ceramic soleplate, the unit glides smoothly across materials. The transparent 1.4-litre water tank provides up to one hour of continuous use in Eco Mode and features a large filling door for easy refilling with tap water. Maintenance is streamlined via the Smart Calc Clean system, while safety features include automatic shut-off and a quick two-minute heat-up time.

Returns 

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return: 

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it  
• It must be in the original packaging  
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
