The Powerpoint 4 Ring Induction Hob features four cooking zones with a total power output of 7000W. Utilizing induction technology, the vitro ceramic glass surface remains cooler than traditional hobs as heat is generated directly within the cookware. This model includes a boost function for rapid heating and nine adjustable power levels to manage different cooking requirements. Integrated pan sensors ensure the zones only activate when compatible cookware is detected.

Safety and precision are managed through a touch control panel that includes a 99-minute timer with an audible alarm. For added security, the hob is equipped with a child lock, residual heat indicators that stay lit until the surface is safe to touch, and an automatic safety switch-off function that triggers if the unit is left on for an extended period.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
