The Quooker CUBE is an additional tank installed in your kitchen cabinet alongside a Quooker boiling water tank to provide chilled and sparkling water from a single tap. It utilizes a CO₂ cylinder to carbonate the water and an integrated filtration system consisting of an activated carbon filter and a hollow fibre filter. This combination removes bacteria, chlorine, chemicals, and pesticides from the water supply before it is dispensed. The CUBE provides an unlimited supply of filtered water, which is chilled by approximately 5 degrees as it passes through the system.

Operation is managed through the tap's textured ring; a single press and turn activates the sparkling water function, indicated by a flashing blue light. If the ring is held for a longer duration, the tap dispenses chilled filtered water. The system includes an interactive display that monitors water usage and alerts you when the CO₂ cylinder needs replacing or when the filter cartridge requires a change, typically every 12 months. The CUBE is designed to be compact to fit into standard kitchen cupboards while maintaining a constant stock of chilled and sparkling water for immediate use.

Returns 

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return: 

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it  
• It must be in the original packaging  
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
