The SodaStream Duo Sparkling Water Maker Starter Kit lets you carbonate your own water at home in seconds, without any cords, batteries or electricity. Its patented Quick Connect system makes fitting the CO2 cylinder quick and simple, while the dual carbonation system means you can fizz your water directly in either the included glass carafe or the plastic bottle, depending on the setting. Housed in an advanced stainless steel flask, the machine has a compact footprint that tucks neatly under a kitchen cupboard, and both bottles are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

Included in the box is a 1 litre dishwasher-safe glass bottle for more formal indoor use and a 1 litre dishwasher-safe plastic bottle for everyday or on-the-go use, along with a CO2 cylinder rated to produce up to 60 litres of sparkling water. To be eligible for a return:

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
