The convenient Tefal Cooltouch Rice Cooker contains automatic cooking and keep warm functions and is easy to clean thanks to the dishwasher safe parts.

The Cooltouch has a removable non-stick bowl, nonslip feet, a glass lid with plastic handle and can serve between 10-20 portions.

Tefal’s Cooltouch rice cooker is the quick, easy and safe way to cook anytime. The convenient Tefal Cooltouch Rice Cooker features a control panel of three settings; a cooking indicator, an automatic keep warm indicator and a control switch that make the Tefal Cooltouch user friendly. This rice cooker has a coolwall body and nonslip feet that will ensure complete safety when cooking in a busy environment. This rice cooker is also easy to clean thanks to its removable and dishwasher safe parts.

Tefal’s Cooltouch glass lid with a plastic handle will also allow you to see the evolution of the cooking in order to match your tastes ideally.

The rice cooker will calculate the exact cooking time automatically, depending on the amount of water and ingredients placed in the bowl. At the end of the cooking process, the rice cooker detects that the water has been totally absorbed and changes automatically to the keep warm function. The food stays warm, ready to be served when you are.

Tefal’s Cooltouch has a 1.8 L food capacity that will allow you to serve up to 20 portions of rice, ideal for family or crowded diners. A water level mark will help you keep control over the cooking by leaving very weak margin of error. The Cooltouch features a non-stick removable and dishwasher safe bowl which ensures washing up is a breeze.

The Coultouch also includes a measuring cup, a serving spoon and a steam basket that also allows you to steam vegetables, potatoes, fish etc.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return:

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: 

• Please contact us as soon as possible  
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights  

Your consumer rights under Irish and EU law are not affected. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product: 

• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
