The TP-Link Tapo C245D is a dual-lens pan and tilt indoor security camera designed for comprehensive home monitoring. It utilizes a unique two-camera system consisting of a 122° wide-angle lens and a 6mm telephoto lens. Faulty or Damaged Items 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

• Personal care items (e.g. grooming products) once opened  
• Software, DVDs, or sealed items where the seal has been broken  
• Special order or customised products  

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment  

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may also be offered subject to stock availability. 

If exchanging for a different product:
